Avengers: Endgame directors Joe and Anthony Russo post a letter asking fans to not spoil the movie once it comes out. As hard as it may be to believe, the film is a little over a week away from hitting theaters, concluding the MCU’s 22-film, 11-year Infinity Saga that helped redefine Hollywood tentpoles and popularize the shared universe model. Already, Endgame is shattering ticket sales records, illustrating that this could be an unprecedented cinematic event....

Avengers: Endgame featured a list of the Vanished with names that have greater meaning behind-the-scenes at Marvel. The cliffhanger ending of Avengers: Infinity War saw Thanos emerge triumphant, fulfilling his insane goal of erasing half the life in the universe. The world mourned, tallied the dead, and then desperately attempted to move on. Part of the grieving process involved establishing monuments to those lost, hauntingly known as “Vanished”. In one key scene in Avengers: Endgame, Scott Lang walked through the streets of San Francisco until he found some of these monuments....

The box office for Avengers: Endgame is already looking promising, with over $120 million in ticket presales already earned domestically. Over the last several years, Marvel Studios has made the newest Marvel Cinematic Universe film one of the most anticipated movies of the year around the globe. The popularity of the franchise is clearly seen at the box office, especially after The Avengers grossed over $1.5 billion worldwide. The writers behind Avengers: Endgame want to write a Secret Wars movie for the Russo Brothers to direct. Stephen McFeely and Christopher Markus have been a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe since 2011, when they wrote the screenplay for Captain America: The First Avenger. The writing duo has worked together on multiple Marvel projects since then, including Agent Carter and Thor: The Dark World. They have also written the screenplays for both Captain America sequels and Avengers: Infinity War, all three of which the Russo Brothers have directed....

What’s in the Aviary suite? The Aviary suite is made up of 8 different web applications. Each web application has both a practical name and a funky bird name to go with it. Honestly, it totally confuses me, but I think it’s groovy they got this whole bird theme going on; it’s unique for sure. Another great thing about Aviary is there’s nothing to install similar to Google Apps. Everything is done in the “the cloud” so I don’t need to worry about security patches or other exploits familiar with Adobe software....

After almost 17 years, the Bad Boys – Miami detective Mike Lowrey (Will Smith) and Marcus Burnett (Martin Lawrence) finally return to the big screen in Bad Boys For Life. Given how long it has been since audiences last saw them, it would only make sense for this long-awaited sequel to reward its long-time fans. The third chapter in the Bad Boys series does through several shout-outs and callbacks to the events of the previous two movies, which sharp-eyed fans will pick up....

Electronic Arts (EA) is bringing their next Battlefield game to EA Play this summer outside the convention halls of E3 2018. EA used to be one of the biggest publishers at E3, but as E3 has become more consumer-focused in recent years, EA thought it best to hold their own event instead. So, they’ve opted to bring their newest games directly to the consumers, giving them the opportunity to try out the newest titles, in person, months (if not years) before those games hit store shelves....

Bare Bones Software has released a big update to BBEdit, the HTML and text editor for the Mac. Starting with today’s version 12.6 release, BBEdit is now a sandboxed app. The security update makes BBEdit one step closer to returning to the Mac App Store. From the BBEdit 12.6 release notes: Sandboxing is also required for Mac apps distributed through Apple’s Mac App Store. Bare Bones famously pulled BBEdit from the Mac App Store almost five years ago, but Apple announced at WWDC 2018 that BBEdit and other apps including Transmit and Microsoft Office would return or debut on the new Mac App Store....

Avengers: Endgame broke Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ presales record on Fandango in less than six hours. The culmination of eleven years of storytelling, Endgame will bring the first three phases of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (or, as Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige has called it, the Infinity Saga) to a close. It will further serve as a conclusion to last year’s Avengers: Infinity War, which ended with Thanos wiping out half of all life in the universe, leaving it to the remaining superheroes - including, the original team of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes - to pick up the pieces....

We still don’t know what the actual title of Avengers 4 is, but we do know several things it isn’t. Back when Marvel Studios officially announced their Phase 3 slate, the film was known as Avengers: Infinity War - Part 2. Plans changed, though, and that title was soon dropped. Marvel has so far refused to reveal the actual title, with Kevin Feige suggesting that it would serve as some kind of spoiler....

When Madison Prewett walked away from Peter Weber, seemingly leaving him to decide between Hannah Ann Sluss and Victoria Fuller, The Bachelor made it seem as though she was leaving for good. But was the whole scene just a fake-out to set us up for Madison’s eventual return in the finale? It would seem so, because the entire fantasy suite episode was centered around Madison’s moral dilemma. If she had been a typical third-placer, we would have likely seen more of Peter’s conversations with Hannah Ann and Victoria....

Several key The Batman and Birds of Prey actors have contract options for standalone films and sequels. As DC continues planning its post-Zack Snyder/Justice League DCEU future, the upcoming Batman movie with Robert Pattinson and Harley Quinn-led Birds of Prey starring Margot Robbie are emerging as key pieces to the puzzle. Though both movies revolve around well-known central characters who are well-established in comic book and film lore, both Batman and Birds of Prey will also introduce new takes on other key DC comics characters, particularly of the villainous and anti-heroic variety, some of whom have not been featured in films before....

Batman Beyond introduced a new incarnation of Batman, Terry McGinnis, who takes the on the mantle under the mentorship of an older Bruce Wayne. Throughout the show, we got a pretty unique rogues’ gallery that Terry took on. A lot of the fights were brutal and challenging, with an impressive use of gadgets and old tech and weapons from the original Batman: The Animated Series. Since the release of the HD Remastered Blu-ray last year, Batman Beyond has gained new viewership and fans....

While his run on Batman may be ending soon, writer Tom King’s future is looking brighter than ever, and now he’s teasing an especially exciting project inspired by one of the landmark comics of all time: Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons’ Watchmen. But exactly what story he’ll be telling is a total mystery. It wouldn’t be the first time King has followed in Moore’s footsteps, having previously written two Swamp Thing stories for DC’s Winter Special and the one-off “Brave and the Mold” team-up in Batman, both heavily influenced by Moore’s run on the character....

Batwoman star Ruby Rose isn’t stressing too much about doing every stunt on her show after requiring surgery over the summer. Rose first took on the role of Batwoman for last year’s Arrowverse crossover, titled Elseworlds. In it, Arrow’s Oliver Queen, The Flash’s Barry Allen, and Supergirl’s Kara Danvers traveled to Gotham City. After running into trouble, they were rescued by Kate Kane, aka Batwoman. After the success of that first appearance, The CW order Batwoman to series this past May....

Back To The Future director Robert Zemeckis claims another sequel simply can’t happen. Back To The Future was the brainchild of Zemeckis and writing partner Bob Gale, and tells the story of a teenager named Marty McFly, who accidentally finds himself transported back to 1955 in a time-travelling DeLorean. The movie had something of rocky production, with Marty originally being played by Eric Stoltz. After a month of filming, Zemeckis decided Stoltz had been miscast, with his performance being too intense and dramatic....
