Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker is changing up the formula somewhat, bringing new features to the series, such as vertical running to reach new heights and a new style of graphics.
The most interesting feature of all is the online, 4-player co-op that allows up to eight ninjas to battle it out in 4v4 matches. With the bright color palette that the game aims to show off, this mode may be one to keep an eye on.
A trailer highlighting all of these features has also been unveiled, toting the “acrobatic ninja battle action” that the game aims to provide for players:
The remaining two announced titles take past games and put them into handy collections for fans of the series or newcomers to experience.
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Legacy combines Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst, and Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Road to Boruto into one remastered collection. Alongside the four games, this particular collection also includes a Naruto art book and an anime disc, all inside a metal case.
The final option for Naruto fans is Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy. This includes the first three three Ultimate Ninja Storm titles in a digital format.
A trailer for these collections has also been released to let both fans reminisce and newcomers get a slice of the action:
