The Bachelorette’s Tyler Cameron is officially apartment-hunting in New York City. The model is preparing to make the move from his home in Florida to the Big Apple.
Tyler was one of the contestants vying for Hannah Brown’s heart on the latest season of The Bachelorette. He made it to top two before Hannah broke the news to him during his proposal speech that he wasn’t the one, then accepted Jed Wyatt’s proposal. Just five-weeks later, Hannah called off the proposal, and at the live portion of The Bachelorette finale, she asked Tyler out for drinks. The pair got those drinks, just days after The Bachelorette finale aired, and Tyler was seen leaving Hannah’s place in Los Angeles early the next morning. Fast-forward a few days and Tyler is spotted hanging out with supermodel and Vogue covergirl Gigi Hadid in Brooklyn, New York, where they were spotted getting into the same vehicle that took them back to Gigi’s apartment.
Things seem to be heating up between Tyler and Gigi, with the pair going on more dates since their first spotting earlier this month - which includes going bowling, going to Justin Theroux’s bar, and being spotted leaving her apartment multiple times. Now, Tyler seems to have made up his mind about leaving his home in Florida to move to New York City for good as he confirmed that he’s looking for apartments on his Instagram stories. He took a video of the New York City skyline as he walked across the rooftop, with a caption that read, “Apartment hunting… send recommendations.”
It looks as though the relationship between Gigi and Tyler might be getting serious. A source told People that Tyler already did have a place in Ney York City, saying, “Tyler lives in NYC now. He has his own place, but for their dates, they hang out at Gigi’s [apartment].” The source also spoke about how Tyler is liking all of the attention that dating Gigi has brought to him. The source said, “He is very public about going in and out of her place - you can tell that he wants to be seen. He is enjoying the attention he gets for dating Gigi.”
Now that Tyler will be living permanently in The Big Apple, there is plenty of time now for Gigi and Tyler to go out on dates and get to know each other more. The former Bachelorette star was in talks of being the next Bachelor, but as he and Gigi are getting serious in their new relationship, it seems unlikely that he will be next Bachelor now. That said, he doesn’t need to be looking for love when he has already found it in New York City with Gigi.
