Chris Harrison was a guest on Lights Out with David Spade, when The Bachelorette’s Hannah Brown was compared to the Batman villain, Joker. During the segment, Harrison dissected the season premiere of The Bachelor. From what happens to the women when they’re not given a rose to whether or not Hannah Brown is going to be a fixture this season, no stone was left unturned.

During the season premiere of The Bachelor, fans saw Brown return not once, but twice - once to return the co-pilot wings Weber had given her when they met, and a second time to put on the second group date of the season, wherein the contestants were tasked with sharing a sex story with an audience. While the women were busy drafting their stories, Brown and Weber snuck off to a green room and discussed their fervent past.

Similar to Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Lights Out with David Spade features a panel of guests who comment on pop culture’s latest goings-on. While discussing Brown’s return to the show and her visible connection to this season’s bachelor, Peter Weber, one of the panelists, Jen Kirkman, addressed Brown’s breakdown, saying, “She looked like the Joker. It was a lot of makeup.”

After being asked if she would want to be part of the house this season, Brown broke down. She questioned every decision she made during her season of The Bachelorette and admitted that she felt like she broke everyone’s heart in the process, including her own. Brown didn’t give Weber a definitive answer, but she did cry - so much so that her mascara streamed down her face, causing her to resemble the iconic evil mastermind and Batman nemesis, Joker (according to Kirkman).

While Bachelor Nation didn’t seem too pleased about Brown’s return, it’s evident that there’s still chemistry between the two. Fans are eager to find out whether or not she’s going to stay in the house and compete for a rose from Weber, but would it really be a competition at that point? The remaining women will certainly have a lot to say about it if she chooses to stay, in addition to a significant amount of history to compete with. If Brown does remain, Kelley Flanagan won’t be the only contestant who has history with the bachelor.
