Paloma Faith is the last cast member to join the Epix Batman Prequel Pennyworth. The series starts production Monday, Oct. 22 at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden in the UK and also stars Jack Bannon (The Imitation Game) as Alfred Pennyworth and Ben Aldridge (Fleabag) as Thomas Wayne. Set in the 1960s, Pennyworth joins Batman’s infamous butler after his departure from Britain’s S.A.S. (Special Air Service) and forms his own security company....

Wanting to have Back to the Future Part II pick up right where the first movie left off required the ending of Back to the Future to be completely reshot. The 1985 time-travel movie about teenager Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) and absent-minded inventor Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd) was a huge success, becoming one of the highest grossing movies of the 80s. It wasn’t, however, intended to be the first part of a franchise, meaning it took until 1989 for Back to the Future Part 2 to hit theaters....

In a surprising announcement, it seems that NBC are choosing not to go forward with the Bad Boys TV Spinoff. L.A.’s Finest starred Gabrielle Union and Jessica Alba as mismatched cops, and the network was generally expected to commission the show to go to a full series from the pilot. But whilst the show will now definitely not go ahead at NBC, there’s still a chance it might be picked up elsewhere, as producers are shopping it around....

With loot boxes being de rigueur in marketing AAA games, EA DICE is drawing a line in the sand, stating that no loot box economies will infiltrate its militaristic WW2 shooter, relegating premium currency exclusively to cosmetic player add-ons. DICE’s new game, while containing a highly anticipated single-player campaign, will doubtlessly live and die post-launch by the strength of its multiplayer....

In the fictional world of Battlestar Galactica, you kind of have to be a bit of a badass if you have any hopes of surviving. Especially if you’re human. The series as a whole revolves around a war between the human inhabitants of the twelve colonies of Kobol and the cylon robots that they created, but the war seems like it’s nearly finished the moment it starts. The Cylons return to Kobol and destroy all of the colonies, only leaving a few thousand humans left alive....

CW’s Batwoman pilot will take place before the events of the Arrowverse Elseworlds crossover, which introduced the character. Anticipation for the annual DC heroes group outing spiked last fall with the announcement that Green Arrow, The Flash, and Supergirl would encounter Kate Kane, aka Batwoman, in the hunt for an insane doctor at Arkham Asylum. A new theory hypothesizes Doctor Strange’s involvement in Captain Marvel’s return in Avengers 4.
