Christopher Markus, one of the screenwriters of Avengers: Endgame, recently revealed that an early draft of the script featured James Rhodes (Don Cheadle) as Vice President. In the months since the blockbuster release of Endgame, those involved with the making of the film have revealed various things that were cut or changed from earlier drafts of the screenplay. Fans built a functioning Iron Spider suit as seen in Avengers: Infinity War for San Diego Comic-Con later this week. As soon as Hannah Brown severed ties with Jed Wyatt on the The Bachelorette finale, the focus shifted to Tyler Cameron and the suspense of whether or not Brown would give him a second chance. Joe Carnahan, who was set to write and direct Bad Boys for Life, left the project due to creative clashes with Will Smith. Carnahan’s departure resulted in the movie losing its 2017 release date, but it has since found its footing and will release next year. The Russo brothers have revealed Avengers 4 currently has a 3 hour runtime - but don’t worry, that’s very unlikely to stick. Even though the Russos are now working with this longer assembly cut, the theatrical version will almost certainly be trimmed down to something less likely to require an intermission.
